Even on-expansion, you can go back to dungeons in final tier gear and they get embarrassingly ran over. Stat syncing is way too loose and most dungeons are meant to be manageable in subpar leveling gear, much less fully capped stats via synced gear. But then also potency is insane, nothing in Heavensward was built to have a job dropping 1000 potency AoE nukes on it multiple times per minute. I'm pretty sure Pom Muse alone is more potency in one oGCD than most level 60 jobs had in oGCDs across their entire kit, not even counting Mog of the Ages and 3x Hammer.
