Resna's new outfit is basically a midbattle magical henshin you get after 2 S2s and her powered up burst gives the next ally their own burst. Lara's S2 gives a enemy turn delay after 1 S2. Atuy was infamous for being battle crazy and would never fall in battle even when knocked out. They explained that the creature was in fact an alien and not native to the planet. It changed to a snowflake symbol after the jellyfish broke so perhaps they've made weaknesses time restricted and you get attack charges back to rush the enemy too.Giving ammo and recharge limitations makes it seem like you'll likely be able upgrade and modify the characteristics of the moves at least if you're not able to swap them out. R2, up, left, down seem to be free so far so I'm guessing they'll be used for bursts and unit swapping. If they're clever R2 should be for reaction commands or rhythm timed moves for more engaging cinematic animations.I can't figure out the SKILL bar though. It seems tied to the guard but it refilled instantly? Maybe it's restored on perfect dodges? But if it's specificly for guarding why put the Skill label there? Having a 5 star unit in synths makes good results happen a lot more often. How many pieces do you have saved up? The Halloween Night Slasher event battles were easier than the Halloween revival EX battles, but be warned that they do have a tower-esque stat reduction for non-slash characters.
