Queues are now safer I've come to the same conclusion as everyone else that has tried it that VPR needs more time in the oven in pvp. At least let it recoup while doing snake scales or something.

Usually can maybe use rampart once in the fight or something, once you get raw intuition that'll be your go-to for tank busters in dungeon bosses.As an addendum to my thoughts on cooldown rotation, since most dungeons are genreally separated by 2 sections of pulls before each boss (there are exceptions to this of course), usually I ensure to save a couple things for the 2nd pull. Like if I use Vengeance in pull #1, I save Rampart for pull #2. Reprisal has a 60 second cooldown, so if you use it early in the 1st pull it should be available to use again during the 2nd pull.
