The ability to knock down a boss after you end their rage and the ampunt of yellow meter damage you deal to bosses with nonelemental cores (Golems, Goliaths). Its quite impactful for those specific monsters but for more general use, you want Exhaust damage which affects yellow rage meter damage to bosses with elemental cores and Blow Power which affects the ability to stagger monsters in general and the face meter on the side of bosses during their rage.

These Sorceror elemental attack augments are probably the cheapest way to boost your damage for pure physical vocations. Equip some elemental crests on your weapon then put on the corresponding elemental attack augment for just 4 points and you get 35 STR/MAG. These augs come pretty early for Sorceror too so doesn't take too much grinding. I tested it on the training dummy which increased the damage of my basic attacks by 3-5.. But to be fair, that dummy is lv100 so I can't do any damage to that Troll.

I had been wanting to play Guild Wars 1 recently because the idea of building a team of henchmen/heroes and going adventuring with them sounded really fun and cozy. Since Ceciel asked about sorcerer. I'm trying to write something smart.Certain boss arenas are about setting up your pawns to be in the right place before you do anything. What I do is I run though with Follow, for them to be near the center of the room, and then Attack/Support command. I've had a way smoother time in for example some parts of the Security District by doing that.THAT part is not fun. Messing around for the AI to work and the enemies to stop running off and becoming invulnerable is complete ass.Goblins and wolves and harpies etc. start of and remain a bitch in a big boss fight, more than the boss itself. You can usually Trap, Black Haze (one by one...) or Comestion them, but later on there's Icicle Pierce that handles them. IP is something you should definitely have on your second skill palette unless your pawns excel at harpy fighting. It's really kind of lucky I made an EA pawn, because Ricochet helps.Speaking of small enemies, you can running jump + levitate on top of lone goblins and wolves and Magic Bolt. They can't hit you. It's a little more offensive way to move than to glacially precast everything. Running jump levitate is also a way to just normally fire Magic Bolt, because it retains a little momentum. TF2's minigun revving midair, sort of.Another trick is if a boss gets out of range, mash dodge towards (stick direction is actually reversed so away from) it at mach 7.That sort of stuff is fun. Besides the big numbers of course.My main palette is Comestion, Levin, Seism, Black Haze. Pretty obvious.Second palette Icicle Pierce, Gicel, Frigor, and yet another Black Haze because it's so all around useful. Basically an ice skillset.
