It's supposed to be her i12 punish but the only guaranteed thing is 2,1,4 which leaves you -1, and the followups are both hugely negative so you give up your turn entirely, and not guaranteed on counterhit or anything.The only thing I see is that -1 is prime frame adv to try and steal a turn back with sabaki or parry but it's still odd that it leaves you minus. It also only does 28 damage which is pretty low compared to uf1 doing 36.
