Returning player here, quit after Inazuma released. Wanted to get back into the game after so long, wanted to re-experience the story from the beginning and also try out new characters, recall really liking Raiden so got a starter with her (Raiden, Yae, Jean at AR10). This was two weeks or so ago, I am AR30 now, just completed Dainsleif's first quest, really enjoying the experience so far, also had guaranteed pity so I made sure to get Kazuha. The team I am currently planning on using is Raiden-Yae-Kazuha-Bennett. My question is, with Raiden's rerun banner right around the corner is it worth it to sweep through every region's primos and pull for her C2? I've heard C0 Hypercarry can feel a bit underwhelming (idc about meta much but I just really like Raiden and wouldn't mind hyperinvesting) but at the same time I probably should pull for more characters. If you genuinely like her and want to continue using her then yes. It's a great constellation and makes a huge difference.

With Raiden you want to be able to kill everything present with a single rotation because if you can't manage that you're stuck doing almost no damage for ~10 seconds as you set up for her next burst. Her c2 and to a lesser extent her c3 are the only things keeping her in the running for speed clear comps because without them she doesn't have the damage output to handle certain enemy groups with a single burst.
