Heath, Greg, Ish, Yi Sang(Solemn Lament), Meur, and Hongers can clear it in 19 turns (18 if you go super fast). You should aim to kill portrait around turn 6. It's the first fight so you can restart a few times for some s3s for turn 1. If you get a few you can force the portraits phase once his HP drops to 1330~ by turn 2 but if you can't it's fine. Try to kill a portrait with Heath's Mourn, Lament, and Despair so he can have around 6~7 coffins going into section two so he can start throwing AOEs asap. After that just try and build into getting a solemn lament ready for the phase with 5 fragile. The butler phase is relatively easy but try and get Greg's bygone days' passive up and running asap and feed kills to him and Heath so they can generate resources and keep ramping up. Try and not kill the butlers too fast so that Josephine doesn't spawn.Try and leave 4 of them alive but with low HP to clear them all up in one go so Josephine spawns alone so you can dogpile her so that when Hindley comes in you can send 1~2 guys after her to finish her off and focus the rest on Hindley. Be sure to save your S3s for Josephine for this reason. Hindley is weak to gloom so just blast him with gloom skills and solemn lament. Nelly usually takes me 3~4 turns which is just go for strong skills and when she gets staggered go for solemn lament and other strong skills. Try and end with enough resources for Binds to stagger the first wave of station 2 asap.
