At 3 res (easy), Everlasting inflicts 16 potency. Zwei Ish can inflict 20 with her skill 3 very consistently. Cavernous Wailing inflicts another 3. That's nearly 40 tremor from just things you're doing every time anyway. Against a single target, Tremor's real only problem is sloth resistance and actually having enough sloth to use Cavernous+Everlasting
