If I frametrap and you PP then okay, I could have shimmied I guess, but I want to be able to do safejumps without having to worry about this shit. I want to enforce offense in a context beyond just endless throw loopsI really wonder what would happen if the first frame of your wakeup could only do regular parry. You get perfect parry on frame 2 onward, you just don't get to take your turn off a true meaty. You'd probably have to do something about throw loops too otherwise safejabs after throw (e.g. Ryu's) could be even more dominant
