I've done some investigating - Jack Skelington has I think the highest legs to torso ratio of any skin in the game (and he still looks a bit weird). He's comparable to Sonic the Hedgehog. The issue is the size of the head - even if you used the Sonic Boom version he head is still bigger than any other head in the game, both width and height.I think Sonic/Shadow are doable, but it's either going to be a peely situation where a lot of the head isn't in the hitbox, or a vegeta situation where stretched proportions look weird.
