Speaking of checking random statistics on steamcharts.com, what caused Undertale to peak in player count in May earlier this year? It hasn't reached 4.6k players in a while, the last time it got that high was in 2016. I suppose that was shortly after the Spring 2024 newsletter, but the other newsletters weren't followed by massive spikes in player activity. He announced a song collaboration with some vtuber in that newsletter, maybe Undertale gained a few more players from that vtuber's audience? Or maybe there's some other big event from earlier this year that I just forgot about?
