bro probably isn't interested in the kot calculations but I did them so I'll share. if we're very conservative by assuming two assaults procced before ex special, and she only has ex special twice, doing both of them is a 14.6% damage gain. this also assume she has her ball and nicole has her ball maxed. this is independent of stuns, nicole debuff, and kot c1.14.6% seems nice but two ex specials isn't all you're doing. you're also clicking basics at all times, using ex way more often than twice per two assaults, even doing 3 during a stun is viable. this meager upgrade isn't worth wasting a slot on piper, which is the reason why piper+neko has never had competitive clear times

AP should be at least 420 to hit her passive cap. Anything below that is just "my build isnt finished yet". What weapon are you using on her?
