Super Counter just makes the game feel passive as fuck. That combined with skills like Afterimage Strike, Perception, Revenge Counter, etc just makes it a game of landing a few blows and waiting to see what the opponent will do or throw in some random ki blast. I fought several SS Vegito's today and as soon as I them pop their skill I enter sparkling and just spam ki blast. Great game design. BT3 was never this annoying.

If I pick Imperfect Cell and use his ultimate to transform into Semi-Perfect Cell, can I then transform again into Perfect Form Cell? Or can characters only transform once? Also, does the game let you put both Imperfect and Semi-Perfect Cell on the same team? If so, what happens when you pick Imperfect, transform into Semi-Perfect with your ultimate, and die? Does the game basically let you have Semi-Perfect on your team twice in that situation?
