Man, it's complete shit that all your dispatches get reset when you reset time. I was 1 hour away from completing a 20-hour dispatch and had 3 others nearing completion too.
To anyone who's been getting their top-left objectives stuck because of the Cursed Wheel: turns out you have to used the Wheel to go back to wherever and whenever that objective was and complete it. Unfortunately, the game won't have automatically kept track of whatever you were doing before getting this bug, so if for example you cleared Helmut on NG+ while the objective was stuck on "Clear Vile Trap", you'll have to beat Helmut and do everything else all over again to get those rewards properly.
