Shitposting aside, I do think game original cards (non anime related) do have a different artstyle going for them, compared to support of anime cards and archetypes.I think this is most prevalent in DBPs, who are all more anime-inspired and/or recent or old trends. I personally have just always considered this as part of YGO's mass appeal of having something for everybody and don't really have a problem with it.

I highly recommend Dark Ruler No More and Forbidden Droplet for the opponents that just want to bring out their best monsters going 1st. And a Harpies Feather Duster to handle back row. And maybe Raigeki or lighting storm. Triple tactics is also good in this deck because it can be played whenever your opponent chooses to activate Ash Blossom or a monster they already have on the field. This is the most fun I've had with HERO in years because it feels like I can climb past bullshit and decimate the opponent
