It's wise to consider the risk reward against Vas and make him waste his armor on the worst options. And never try to hard read/guess on his attack paterns because he punishes that pretty well.

Like some ultimates are just: "yeah you get corner carry, but it's unsafe on block and the combo ends", or "it's a fast fireball that beats other fireballs", while others are: "yeah it's invincible fullscreen combo starter that's safe on block and plus if they dodge it". Feels like there is a massive gap, and some characters simply aren't lucky enough to have a retarded ultimate which then gimps them massively, while some get several. What makes it even more remarkable is how EX specials all fairly even in power among the cast, there isn't nearly as much of discrepancy in them.
