For example, last time I played (after a few days break) I kept a tally of all my wins. By the end of that play session, I got 28 WINS!!! That's HUGE for me, I've never gotten that many wins. That's like 28*3 = 84 individual matches WON!! Again, that's huge! It didn't matter that I lost some (and stayed the same rank, Mighty Ruler), cause I got SO MANY WINS!!! Then, anytime I lost, I didn't care because I reminded myself I already have so and so wins already, I'm not going to play greedy for wins and keep calm. This mindset is critical to maintaining a cool calm mindset so you can actually play without worry and stress.
