So Dante's clockhand moving means that Don's story has come to a close, right? Because I was thinking that the fact that she had no Kindred of her own, when she still can have two, is an intentional plotpoint. It would've served as a good opportunity for characterization if she had already had at least one child of her own, and they turned against her, or were slain by Dulcinea and her two Kindred. I'm thinking later down the line, maybe in the story's second act some important named character will be on death's door, maybe Dante will temporarily lose their connection to the Sinners and Don will have to turn one of them into a Bloodfiend? Minor complaint with chain battles.I don't like the general interaction with team building.Say you build with passives in min, losing momentum in combat now means when sinners die, you now chain into those support IDs and even if nit support, not all archetypes are built the same around it. Burn literally is 4 dudes, 2 friends and that's the only comp, lose a dude in chains you have to dig immidiately into the generic pool on a single unlucky loss.Charge IDs need ramp up which they lost the early turns to get chaining in turn 6 after an unlucky 5% tails caused W Ryoshu die to GLHF W Hong LuBleed has 4 good count inflictors in the game, 1 is RNG + set up relevant & 2 require ramp up, so this archetype simply isn't really long term as of now built for chains or have enough to drip feed throughout a team chain, not until Rodya bare minimum has desires.Tremor and sinking are fine based on RR4 clears and large ID pool having multiple variable wincons and wincon set up IDs. They just have enough IDs who can push the plan they can afford spares.Rupture literally only now has a real game plan that relies on effectively going 3-4 man into fights, which is an insane hp total back foot to be in chain fight and the strategies momentum dies to phase changing bosses btw. "But it can't be good because it could ruin the game, ignore 1 turn sheep kills by tremor please, also ignore ignore sinking having double rupture on sanityless bosses as well, rupturemwould just ruin the game ok"This is thinking long term by like canto 10, do the teams screwed over just have to wait for eventual IDs that fix them in the new gameplay style... when we just got a chain battle style implemented rupture ID for Hong lu who is built so short sightedly and specific he wasn't even that good but is going to immediately fall of after canto 7For a game that's technically a deck builder I don't like seeing in a PvE just clear bad stuff and then a for at change that makes more "bad" stuff as of now.
