Or even Emerl does better, in regards to copying on a mass scale. Shadow will always be THE Dark Sonic, and Metal simply can't hold a candle to that. He may never be anything more than a wannabe-Eobard Thawne in concept.Silver: The Light Sonic to Shadow's Dark Sonic, and effectively the Batman Beyond or Spider-Man 2099 of the franchise. Basically, the next step beyond Tails as a "successor" to Sonic. The potential he has is astronomical, as a result. But we have yet to see ANY of it because of 06's failure shooting him in the foot right out the gate. Tails & Metal have had ample appearances where we got to see them at their best. Silver doesn't even have that. Espio: I think he's like a proto-Knuckles, and was meant to be the star newcomer of Chaotix. But then the Chaotix were rebooted in Heroes, and Espio is now a NINJA... so he can be the straight man to Vector and Charmy. What happened to him is even worse than Silver.
