Alright I figured it outSo Generations physics issues are related to Hedgehog Engine, specifically this is like 1.9 the last version of Hedgehog 1 before 2 came out with the Rio Olympics game.1.9 was used with LW and Sakura Wars and has some perks related to foliage and a few other little things.Despite what you guys seem to think Sega can just move games on Hedgehog Engine to other versions without removing control related stuff, everything done during LW, and Forces were entirely design choices and not limitations.The only draw back from going between versions is usually Sega leaves hold overs related to physics with whatever game was used in that version. So things related to how Sonic bounces off enemies when boosting are odd because this hold over. It’s literally a patchable thing but Sega doesn’t care.
