this game just isnt fun in its current stateits telling that the only form of challenge is an objective on d10 bots that drops enemies on top of you and once they fix dropship crashing then it will be easy enough to just bring 1-2 RRs and shut the spawns downthere are legitimate meta weapons like the crossbow that invalidate everything else and it doesn't seem like the game has a proper rock paper scissors balance philosophy, you just bring the highest damage weapons that are the most efficient rather than building interesting loadouts that counter different types of enemies. its possible they intend it to be like certain enemies are good against bugs, bots and squids so maybe laser weapons will see some more use but what if you just use the 600 dmg crossbow to instantly delete squid shields anyway lol
