Yeah the black sun glare also bothered me, to fix it go to Media/RenderScenarios, open the highlighted files and add <CarShader value="shaders_splitscreen"/> under DynamicRenderSettings with all the other settings, it will reduce the quality of car reflection but will get rid of the ugly broken glare
