You will always have this effect when a stage begins. Moreover on a green build Satelite Flare gains the ability to heal based off her damage, and with Undying Apophis buffs the move becomes stronger and homes in on enemies helping her keep her HP above the threshold. In practice, however, Undying Apophis's effects are actually greater because the game decided that a flat 20% damage multiplier is greater than a 6% multiplier that stacks 4 times over. This means the damage output with a Wicked Nephren-ka will be actually lower than if you were using the exact same build as Undying Apophis. Yes, even accounting for multiple stacks over time

However Aurora still empowers her Fan and that move is still fantastic and despite being red it can be used in any build as a cone strong AoE, so Aurora instead allows for more melee focused builds particularly Blue where she gains super armor and defense. It's a reasonable choice that allows for a different style of play and repurposing a skill that's seemingly pigeonholedTokiko also has her VR weapon which is another story.The problem with Nephren-Ka was that a powercreept weapon that's much easier to obtain does literally everything it aims to do but better. Simple as.

A bit disappointing how it is restricted to melee as few characters are fully melee, Francis included, but it's not too hard to build around it.The real star is the main passive thay allows you to reset your cooldowns on hit at a 40%, which means you can get your skill back if it gets interrupted or you can deliberately tank hits with super Armored attacks to get the cooldown back.Very interesting supporter that's open to fun builds.
