If you're down to Anby/Koleda though I think you'll really feel the drop in quality, certainly playable if you invest but you're going to feel the lack of premium power that a limited support provides especially while Shiyu buffs aren't in your favor. It's worth remembering that limited agents like Caesar and Qingyi are meant to be just as impactful to a team as carries like Jane or Ellen, their influence just comes in the form of propping up whatever carry you put them behind rather than outright doing it themselves.
