I'll then field her with Rick, who has a similar skill, to remove 3 moves as a base, then precision shots asap to stop any attacks. I wish there was an rpgmaker equivalent for sengoku rance, like old rts game's map editors. If I knew how to program it would be my indie project. I've been thinking about the franchise recently, and there's something that came to mind when thinking about Crook, but isn't her relationship with Rance surprisingly wholesome compared to the series general standard? Overall, not only does Rance's existence have a very positive impact on Crook, allowing her to grow and find meaning in her life, but their relationship since Crook's introduction to the franchise seems to become more and more intimate as the games go on, and this is something that's highlighted in the H scenes too. Initially, Rance wants to fuck Crook like he would with any other girl, not caring about the other's feelings, but the more he learns about Crook's situation, the more he mellows and starts to be more considerate, something that's portrayed in their last H scene in Quest where he makes sweet love to her, giving us the scene where Crook genuinely smiles for what's probably the first time in her life. In Rance 9, it's pure vanilla sex where they are “mistakenly” seen as lovers, and Rance 10 has perhaps the most wholesome sex scene of the entire franchise, with Rance making love to her after she's been tortured by Alice and raped by demons, Rance “overwriting” what they've done with the whole narrative revolving around Crook being overwhelmed by her feelings for Rance, and Crook finally realizing that her feelings for Rance are romantical. The aftermath of the H-scene is also nice, with them holding hands and simply enjoying each other's presence, with Rance promising that he'll kill gods for her if necessary, and Crook basically confirming that she's got a great chance of getting pregnant, which doesn't seem to bother Rance that much. That being said, it's a shame that Crook isn't a confirmed fated given that I feel like from a narrative standpoint she works perfectly well given her development and commitment to Rance.

Finally finished Galzoo. (Well, not counting the NG+ gal monsters). Getting the 26th galmon I ended up missing originally and the H-scenes I missed the first run took 74 days because I kinda goofed around early on. But all in all it was a really fun time. The voice acting really added to it, and seeing the title screen gradually coming to life the more you bonded with the galmons was a really good contrast compared to when you start the game the first time. And of course the OST was overall pretty good. By no means was it a perfect experience, but the game had a charm to it. It's still amazing it actually got a translation after all this time.At the same time though, man it hurts seeing the state Alicesoft is in today. Not that I think it'd be easy to get out of (if something they can do at all with so many of the original staff leaving). Anyway, the game is worth a try.

Well I just beat Galtia's food fight in X on turn 4 in hard mode with no previous double suppressions. I don't think it could be beaten on turn 5 in hard mode or if i upped the difficulty by 1 earlier through a double suppression/beating Anise early. The team I had was Hanny King, Cordoba, Kenshin, Caloria, Rance, Patton, Terra. Patton, Caloria, and Terra were about level 20, and everyone else was above level 40. I must have tried the fight 30 or so times and it basically boiled down to someone other than Rance getting a boost on turns 1 or 3, and an interrupt on turn 1 or 3 to increase the attack chain. Eventually I got lucky and Hanny KING got the boost on turn 3, except even that wasnt enough. Even luckier I got a double hit with the boosted Hanny King to beat Galtia. Medusa was easy and i got her on my second try. Maybe maybe if I had Biscuita as well, and everyone was over level 40 could it be done, I just cant see it happening on turn 5
