Arpeggio fault is easily the worst event they've added so far it is held together by duct tape and cancer. I like the TV exploration but this is everything wrong with it. You have to hope and pray that your agents DECIDE to attack what's blocking you and even then you just get retardedly unlucky and you go to the next floor and there's a monster immediately there giving you no space for your agents to even SHOW UP and you have to take that because the AI they tossed together for this got aborted and they used it anyway

But even regardless of that, Shiyu always has some sort of a buff, and a PEN% disc would only get stronger with the weather that buffs ATK%, DMG%, both, or even PEN% itself.This makes PEN% disc 5 BiS for Soldier 11 in my team and it'll only get better the more I invest in her.What I'm getting at, is that PEN% disc 5 can be very competitive with ATK% and DMG% discs, and in your case it's very likely to be the BiS as long as you get enough ATK to maximize Soukaku's buff, because both of your ATK% and DMG% multipliers are already saturated and running Rina makes PEN% massively better.As for her Ultimate, I'm just guesstimating it here, but I would imagine it's better to use her Ultimate BEFORE you stun the enemy to get the CRIT Rate% buff, do the follow-up, raw swap Lycaon in, get the stun off, do CA with Rina, cancel the following CAs, QA Soukaku in, and just whale away with her BAs.Three full BA combos from Soukaku will deal more damage than her Ultimate will without even accounting for the 45% DMG buff you get from her C6.

>>501738217It might, in some ways, make it easier to clear. Stunners using their ults means you can stun an enemy pretty quickly. You can also use Nicole's ult into Zhu Yuan and have a bigger burst. It will mostly force you to think about using each character's ult rather than now where your DPS does it when they are stunned. Also, the game is kind of designed around switching (see parries and assist). What you'll see more of is a lot of switching where you swap out during the longer animations of certain characters (Nicole's spin, Ben's pile driver, ext)
