Rina herself is probably the best standard character, Grace is somewhere between alright to good but somewhat powercrept by the current Yanagi (but not dramatically so if you invest in Grace). Combined they are probably the most synergistic standard S ranks, though it might be at least two banners until you have access to a good third member for them. Harumasa might be given out for free who should pair well with either or both of them, or Miyabi who forms a Disorder team with them. Alternatively you can roll on Yanagi now and sideline Grace.
