I often hear how much people complain about Citrine grind in particular so it's weird to me I barely ever hear anyone complain about Liches.It's like the worst grind in the entire game, the system isn't terrible on its own despite being time consuming and very repetitive it works alright for getting like one or two weapons but when you apply it to 30 weapons (20 Lich and 10 Sister) it's easily literally the worst content in the entire game.Similarly the 5 forma gimmick is a neat idea if it were very few weapons, it was something unique about Paracesis that made it kinda cool but now it's a gimmick shared by a total of 36 weapons, that is a total of having to level up 216 times, if we assume perfect primary, secondary and melee split (it isn't) and full level process in just 5 minutes of ESO with no in between time, it's 6 hours of just leveling up the same shit over and over again, practically leveling 216 weapons (even more considering it takes more exp to level above 30) for the mastery of 48.Not to mention costing you 180 forma as an added fuck you.The entire system is alright grind designed for like 5-10 weapons max, stretched out to nearly 40 and I don't understand why I never see anyone complain about quite literally the worst grind in the entire game.And I'm already fucking dreading 1999 adding even more things to this dogshit system but even worse because it discards shit like requiem mods on purpose to make you regrind this shit again because I guess it just wasn't fucking grindy enough.I'm assuming it's simply because people actually bothered farming Citrine while very few people bothered with Liches but DE should be actively scolded for how awful this system is and not adding even more bloat to it.
