Can anyone share some tips on how to get better at fighting bosses on higher difficulties? I'm a bit into part 3 fighting MW now on very hard, and I can't seem to figure out how to do much damage to them. I can easily clear all trash mobs I've encountered in one or two turns using weakening dance -> Bow or Spear skills from the new jobs. But I couldn't even once successfully debuff Kanon or Kanade, so it cut my damage dramatically and made their fights take all day to whittle down their health (going from like 3-4 million per hit on multihit attacks to 600k.). Are there weapons/classes better suited for bosses that don't rely on conditionals like bow and spear? I've always gotten a bit overwhelmed with all the options in paradox, so I'm sure there's stuff I'm not taking advantage of.

The original Mimic / Honeypot / Boxed girl fight is still there, I just changed the chest graphic. The pocket castle and mimic island job change crystals are still there. I added a triple Pot Au Feu fight, a triple Pandora fight (platinum chests) and then a single combat vs each of the chaos mimic types (gold chests) - you won't need lockpicking for these so don't worry. Third route spoilersOverall I enjoyed part 3. The all happy ending was satisfactory, though it did feel somewhat forced (I'm sure trtr was aware of this given he named the pre-final boss deus ex machina). The whole Luka embracing chaos stuff didn't amount to very much in the end either in spite of all the build up it got throughout part 3.I would have liked it if some of the older characters were more relevant. I don't know why it was decided that Nero and Neris should only join you at the very last minute, for example. White Rabbit and the rest of the laws get a similar treatment. The ancestors and archangels only join you after beating the game. Black Alice, again, is beaten at the last minute in a very short segment after showing up only once during the entire route. Though we do get Alicepheese I, Lucifina, Micalea and Marcellus at roughly the beginning of the route so I'm grateful for that.The apostles also turned out to be quite irrelevant after the start with two of them effectively dying off-screen and the other three, again, only showing up at the last minute. Would have liked to see some more character development with them.In the end, I think too much is crammed into the end of the game with most of the route spent hunting calamities who we've never heard of beyond some foreshadowing in the monster/angel routes. It definitely feels like the game should've been split into two parts. I suspect a lot of my issues will be resolved in post-game content, fortunately.

The difficulty in Part 3 was bad. The first AW/MW route was mostly okay, but still became a total joke towards the end, no challenge at all. Doing the second route with all of your strength preserved and the enemies not getting any buffs was incredibly boring gameplay-wise too. The should have at least had some stats increase. Then the third route happens and at first you are stumped by a sharp increase in health (remember, you spend 30 hours beating complete pushovers beforehand), all your previous party is gone and you need to do some family outing now with lvl 215 characters). So it IS really hard if you beeline for the characters in your previous party (I needed to recover Elf Princess so I beat Magatsu first without time stop and it was somewhat challenging) but once you recover them and level just maybe 2 forbidden jobs the game becomes a total cakewalk. Trtr needed to add more haste for bosses, give them more health, more evasion, barriers, counters, time stop immunity and just more stuff overall. Even the final boss fight was scripted without the need to do any strategy.Never thought I would say I wanted a difficulty above Paradox, but I do now. But it has to add more than just dumb stats.
