Got a bit hyped yesterday to play TW3 after a 3 month hiatus. Started my first Tarmukhan campaign. Now Tarmukhan has glitched out on the campaign map. He has MP but he won't move. Rome 1 has goofy stuff like Roman Ninjas. Rome 1 battles have more "weight" into them, animations are janky but handmade, Rome 2 animations are motion captured. Rome 2 family and politics are more flesh out. And mod scene is different. Rome 1 has more global mods than Rome 2 and Rome Remastered is the best version for modding, Rome 2 scene is not as advanced, it's still funny that Warhammer 3 has the best potential for global mods but nobody is doing anything about it. In my opinion, out of box Rome 2 is better, but if you can handle Rome 1, it being an old game I mean, then with mods Rome 1 is better.
