The use of vocabulary in Veilguard is terrible. Sometimes the characters sound like protagonists out of a YA novel, and the gap between this game and the previous ones is even more evident when you hear Solas or Morrigan talk, followed by Rook's or a companion's remarks. I'm not saying Origins, DA2 or DAI were literary masterpieces, but there clearly was someone who knew some basic English behind their dialogues and lines. But it really shines in dialogue and the music was Dragon Age's best.
