Even B-52's & Seakings suddenly gain the speed & mobility of an F-22 if any are nearby when summoned. Ground units & ships also take part in the attack when in range and summoned. The canyon run mission your expected to use it and use often. Notice how the moment your buddies show up the gauge fills up instantly? They had reason for it to be done like that.

At least one of the AMs has the Splinter camo, the other one is supposedly light blue like the other F-14As. The base As are still wheeled out to shows, but it's genuinely hard to find any footage of them taking off or in flight for at least the last 10 years or so. So, I don't know, I'm not an analyst for the US.
At least we have one good aircraft in that livery.
