It would (have been) interesting if the orc strongholds were more aggressive in the setting of Skyrim since it seems like the reason they're (barely) tolerated by the Nords in the first place is because they've reached a stalemate where the strongholds cannot expand but they're so well-entrenched the Nords can't wipe them out, on top of Imperial writ to keep the peace and play nice and all that. But with the breakdown of Imperial authority in Skyrim and the power vacuums as each hold has to levy soldiers to fight in the civil war, there's never been a better chance for the strongholds to expand, and each one could have had their own policy per their chieftan's own whims. Like I can see the stronghold with ebony mines wanting to expand aggressively because they have the means to wage a war of aggression to seize more resources, but the stronghold in between Markath and Solitude might use the civil war as a diplomatic bargaining chip instead: we'll join your cause as shock troopers (thus satisfying the Code Of Malacath) and we'll share what resources we have to the legions but in return we want official, legally binding treaties recognized by both Cyrodill and the holds that these lands belong to the orcs.

Realistically speaking, how dangerous is a draugr? Not in terms of gameplay since a normal guard can kill four or five of the things if they don't mob him. In mythology draugr and other undead of its ilk are meant to be inhumanly tough and strong, and the way Ralof/Hadvar talks about Bleak Falls Barrow makes it seem like people think of them as extraordinarily dangerous, when they realize they exist at all (like the imperials don't). But on the other hand there's a few dungeons that're bandit early and draugr late, and there's usually a few draugr corpses lying around implying that a poorly-equipped bandit still has a pretty decent shot at killing the things. How strong are they actually?

BFCO still has major issues that are pending some big patches. MCO while abandoned is pretty stable with you use all the various mods to fix it's remaining issues. The 1st person animation guy is still working on it, there some breakthroughs with the vanilla annotation fix mod that came out recently allowing 1st person animations to get better precision annotations and some other things but as far as I know there isn't any release of it.

One of the complaints I did have was apparently fixed like 2 days ago but I'm not going to bother confirming it. Jump attacks have a large list of bugs that I can't remember but just try using them, it won't work the same way twice. Underwater attacks that no one has made animations for, do work fine at least. It has some real issues with dodge mods, not really sure why. Its at least not abandoned and under work so I'd really just give it more time. Maybe it'll be worth the effort in 2025 but right now most movesets are already mco and it works stably so no real reason to bother converting everything and going all in on a WIP system
