They've already got the work done, leaving her as a store only one works well enough.

Given that it's a tower defense with so many towers, and most importantly a gacha with a rarity system, it's only natural that some towers are 'better' than others in that they both slow and deal with flying enemies, for the previous examples. However this doesn't mean that towers that do their specific niche are inherently worse than generalists, it just means that they are purposefully designing some of them to be extreme generalists, like Wis'adel, who does everything. Again, this is a gacha game ans the developers need to make money, in this case it's by making characters that simply break the level design of Arknights as a whole. My point is that Archetto isn't 'useless' because Wis'adel exists, it doesn't mean that Archetto is somehow worse than before at taking down drones and low def enemies, it just means that there's another alternative that does more stuff than just taking down those enemies because she was purposefully designed to do so. Again, it's a PVE strategy game and in the end, both Archetto and Wis'adel will get rid of those enemies just fine.
