I have it set up so I can cycle through enemies with left/right on the dpad and through allies with up/down. In raids it gets fucky, there I have all dpad buttons set to navigating the raid frames and /targetenemy macro'd into every damage spell.There are some small annoyances like navigating the world map but mostly everything works very well.Give it a try, it's very fun once you get used to it.
