the ZB players were complaining about it. i sure as hell was one of them. but from what i remember poking around at the time, it was a lot more lukewarm on the Build side of things. the gun was annoying, but nothing they hadn't dealt with before from earlier chapters (the Hunter is basically just the Reaper on old bullet drop rules), and nothing their builds couldn't counteract. same with frenzies, the shotgun simply sucked for build edit boxfighting due to the timing nature of it. the hammer pump is complete and absolute dogshit, but it ended up the more viable gun of the two in almost all build fights besides the people that picked up the W+M1 gatekeeper.
