I'm 99% sure i'll take forager, unless for some reason the herb rates are complete garbage. Ideally get enough for 99 herblore just from fishing with animal wrangler but i need 99 of the other gathering skills anyway. But even if the herb rate isn't amazing i'll just do more farm runs. The real best part of the relic is the reduced secondary use and 4 dose pots.
As for me, going to forgot to wear ice gloves will picking tzhaars with the thieving relic and instantly respawn in lumbridge.

I honestly think you should only consider the agility relic if you're taking a combination limited to the Desert, Asgarnia, Fremennik, and Tirannwyn. And possibly Kandarin if they're serious about removing the 2k monkey laps task. These regions don't have good agility training methods, and the ones they do have are rooftop courses where you'll be benefiting from the relic. Every region also has access to the Brimhaven agility arena, and I guarantee if you take banker's note you're going to end up doing a lot of it while skilling.
