Why am I stupid? I'm going against both forms of Destroyer Charadrius, and it's taking forever. First phase seems like a war of attrition, and I wasted all my MP items (inb4 cherry-picking greentexts). Most of my party is mid-80's, and I'm aware of Evasion-maxxing Ninja, as well as Repel-maxxing Knight. Problem is, I can't seem to get consistent damage without blowing out all my MP and I know that I gotta save it for the next phase. I saw a video that did 80,000+ damage on the second phase, but I can't seem to replicate it on my playthrough. Is there an item I'm missing? Is that shit only possible on NG+?Also, should I try to hit all of the faces, or just focus on one at a time?.

Destroyer Charadrius is such a bad final boss. There is no strategy, no patterns to learn, or anything to figure out. You just overpower it with sheer almighty attacks and/or use critmaxing/evasionmaxing while completely ignoring whatever the boss tries to do. The best way to fight it is just to fight it like any other single target enemy.

Dekunda on my MC and using it consistently as early into the turn order as I could anytime she used Roar.Phase 2 was the same without the Quartz Wall to deal with and I also focused on using Summon Dragon God anytime she buffed her attack.Even with this strategy it took me three tries due to bad RNG, the first try as soon as phase 2 started I missed 2 attacks in a row despite not being debuffed and lost the whole fight because of it because I got hit by Icy Breath before I could put up Magic Guard, the 2nd try I got hit with a Roar + Tail Swipe hits weakness Quartz Wall + Megidola combo from full health and it wiped my party in one turn (could have been prevented because I had Magic Dancer with Commander mask giving her a Strike weakness which I guess was not needed).Was a complete bullshit fight and an insane difficult spike, the hardest fight in the game by a longshot so far and it's not even close, caught me off guard especially after how easy Louis was.
