Basically, it works like this:The Main Story Quests will be what tells you the plot of the game. You advance the MSQ by talking to NPCs or doing dungeons or the like. Often times, before you advance to the next part of the story there will be NPCs in the room with you. If you want, you can click on them to get their commentary on events. this is the *only* dialog thats actually miss-able in the game, as once you move beyond that scene those NPCs update and are somewhere else/say something else. Most of this clickable reaction dialog is not important. It gives you a bit more interaction with the characters, or foreshadows what they will say or do in the future by giving a peek into what they are thinking about now, but none of it is *necessary* to understand what happens later. And if you want to read all of it, all you have to do is click on the NPC with the giant icon floating over them last. There is no guide for it both because it is trivial, and because it is so commonplace that it would be a million lines long.
