The only type of medicine most of the island knows are bandages. Advanced and super-advanced medkits include some "pain killers", but there are no pills. If a Kenshian woke up from a severe head-ache - he is on his own. Bandaging his head would be useless, and those "combat painkillers" probably can't fix him either.

>>503568623The organic way of gitting gud is to just fight things, which isn't actually that bad. Grinding with Grass Pirates, Band of Bones, Scavengers, and Reavers if you're feeling more brave should make you strong enough for the Swamps. The Swamps is more of a midgame location anyway.
>>503568623My advice for leveling organically is very simple, first you need to select wich weapon you want your goon to use as to not lose the mastery, then you give them weapons of high quality (wich usually come with huge ammount of strength requirements) wich sounds bad until you realize the str xp for hitting things is always the % it says regardless of the stats of the enemy (and the more enemies they hit the more xp) so they get swole as they fight, no more walking with iron tisms, aside from that is Just letting them fight, base raids are a good way to toughen your guys up without much over sight as they go to sleep when injured, also turrets are a good way to level dex to absurd levels with little or no player micromanagement
