Bruhsailer is a wildly efficient and well-researched/tested guide, but it's not for the faint of heart. By the end of chapter 3 you've camped 99 firemaking (optional), 99 fishing @ barb (mandatory), 98 agility at sepulcher (strongly recommended, stopping at 82 optional), 98 mining @ gem rocks, and 95 rc @ zmi. Many of these grinds are individual steps with no detours spanning dozens or hundreds of hours. All of this before starting any serious slayer/pvm.
