I play SSF so I know that all the currency I find is for ME, for MY use. I don't have to collect lil orbies and whatnot so I can get some goated piece of gear for a single orb that generally can't accomplish the same thing. For example I can trade away a single exalt for a piece of equipment with decent starter dps (much higher than anything you'd find naturally for days) but a single exalt can't make any of my gear that strong. SSF teaches you to be self sufficient and intelligent about your choices. Tradie league teaches you to be a farmer slave working for your lords.

I think realistically what they should do is that stunned mobs are helpless and even their rare modifiers stop working. So any volatile plants or explody shit they are during ceases when they are stunned. This would add to the point I think they were trying to drive home that a mob being stunned is a window of opportunity for the player. How it is now, I will stun a enemy with volatile plants or other weird shit and it gets its ass covered by all that weird shit.
