Huh, I always thought that the only way to save Murotsumi guild was to just not step on the tile that triggers the event, but you can also do it by just not accepting their "help" to beat Narmer.I like this way more because the other way always felt like a huge cope, as they most likely would have just died off screen instead. But by not accepting their useless help to beat Narmer they don't get to steal credit for beating him and are just never allowed into the second stratum. For this you want 5 potatoes, it honestly doesn't mater what classes you pick for them, as you will just annihilate everything in the game regardless of your choice. Some will argue that elf necro should be included, but its more optimal not to.If you want to play EO5 with no reclassing, then 3 botanists and 2 shamans is probably better than 2 botanists and 3 shamans, but again it doesn't matter. However If you want to play EO5 without repeat classes AND without reclassing then you're gonna have a hard time. The meta for that is to just bite the bullet and run a 3 person team with shaman, botanist, and necro. You might think that putting a human or a bunny in those empty slots would at least be better than nothing, but having a fatty on your team will just slow you down.Finally Nexus, I honestly can't say what the meta party is for this, because of how many options you have. There are just so many strong combinations, but a meta team has gotta have hero in it.

That's how it goes.I know I said earlier that it would be a shame not use links, but that was only because you were already using a link team anyway so you might as well. Links should still good, but there are a lot of other high damage options in Nexus that cost way less SP.Also links are particularly bad before master rank, primarily because the best skills for proccing links are locked behind master level. Once you hit level 22 you should just rest out of links completely. Then once you hit 42 (or maybe even a few levels later) you can finally rest your party into the link team.

Shield skills are good too if your willing to use vanguard. You want to use the strongest move you can while still going first. It would probably be better if you dropped highlander for protector or another support, since this team probably can't afford to use bloody offense as is, but you aught to be able to find a way to make it through with this team if you want. As long as you can survive the turn, then mediko will have you covered, and over heal will help with surviving the turn at master. You'll want to subclass in some defensive options, but until then you still got power break to reduce enemy damage and great warrior to focus attacks on highlander or landy.>NightseekerI havent tried it, but he can link fine as long as you can get an ailment. Paralysis and blind are kinda risky as defensive options though.
