Is LA Pyrene really that bad? So their humans are a little stronger resist heat and have low darkvision. Agartha also exists, as does Ulm and Abasyia. They get Cambions which have Blood Glamour and early Incubi/Succubi (though yes, having a Grigori-like "I spawn full-blooded sacred Cambions every month" is a little strong for early game) LA Gath is also a nation that features a lot of size 4s mixed in with humans

I still go cold scales for the early game powerspike of lightning but you have a lot more options than just fliers and shock damage.I think EA caelum is probably the worst for that early power spike into doing nothing, but MA caelum is pretty strong with their higher death and water paths.
