Started a new character, so I'm hitting the low level summoning pools in Limgrave for a while. Me and a host got invaded by a gay-ass invader. Buffed up with spiked ball fists, and the spell parry ash. I only got the invader to heal once before he killed me. Now doubt he had 5 more flasks. But it didn't matter, because the host died immediately after. In the most "psh, nothing personal, kid" move I ever saw, he just turned away and resorted his gear. Returning to the katana he began the fight with. Like he wasn't even thinking about us. Just preparing for his next encounter.But a second invasion went a lot better. A Patches cosplayer invaded and tried to get the drop on me beside a ladder. But he missed, and the host and I had him bodily trapped in the corner. So we just started wailing on him. Guard breaking him. We both ran out of stamina, but didn't allow him out of the corner, so we just kept hitting him until he died. That felt good and cathartic. Thanks for dying, Patches.
Elden Ring is a high-level game. Instead of me capping myself, everyone should just level up.

Dedicating 55 dex just for a riposte stick is not ideal, it might be better to infuse your misericórde with bleed (for procs while riposting) or occult (for raw damage). Also, since this is a DPS build you kight be better pumping your Endurance to at least 30 and then going batshit with Arcane. Put endure on your miséricorde so you receive less damage while using Palm Blast.

Maybe the disappearance is what happens when an enemy escapes its leach. It's specially bad with martial arts because at least with the others there's the option to 2h the weapon.
