Okay I need some help and Google is failing me. I'm near the end of Rance 03 and I'm cleaning up some optional loose ends. I discovered the tower in the amusement park but it says only "parties" can enter. I was able to learn that I need to have recruited every character, but at this point I'm not sure who I'm missing.
