Servers with that set up used to have their own icon to show it had replay support. They never made that a local thing tor some reason.If you want to do something similar locally you can record a demo, but you have to do it manually. The benefit of the replay service is you would just push a button to save a replay and then you could edit it in the replay editor. I used it a lot before they discontinued it.
