First of all she may have anywhere betweet 1 spears phase to 4. Surviving 3 spear phases only to see the 4th was fucking disgusting. And then her bahavior can vary differently too. She may be swinging her spear around and do no fucking damage, or she may decide to stand in place and start spamming her poison machinegun back to back and fucking destroy you.I have no idea whether it's random or based on player's distance, I tried clinging to her to bait the spear attacks and she just gunned me down point blank.
