Just finished the story quest. I get what they're trying to do but they were trying a but too hard to make me care about Castorice. Anaxa was great (as befitting of a Mobius expy) and Cipher seems to be a fun character. Phainon still feels like a filler character but I expect that to change once we get to his story.

Castorice is actually really good, you only need to pull her S1, Tribbie, Tribbie E1, 5 copies of DDD, Fugue to handle Superbreak without MC, Hyacine, Hyacine E1, and Hyacine's S1. She's actually pretty f2p friendly. The difference between Castorice S1 and her f2p LC is only 45% damage, no big deal.But she does the same damage as Aglaea or Herta which is annoying.

All gacha games are good for is creating moments, since they are live service games. The pacing is always atrocious. You get shit like this patch's end, where it just cuts and ends abruptly, so you have to wait a month to get a crumb more. There is also an issue of how the main story quest is now just two advertisements for current banners, two companion quests shoved into the main story. And as for the momnets, so far none of the Amphoreus moments were as good as any of the moments of the planets before.
