She can carry pretty well for endgame in place of Homu.

She makes Nightmare AI easier as the rate of ailments thrown at your party is high and Yuma alone can't keep up (though you could also bring an A2 Reira instead of Kaede). She likely will be the standard of what's expected of a healer in future content and sadly, both Yuma and Reira don't come close to how much she can heal, let alone her other utility.

Felicia has also been used as the main damage dealer for some to go through the entirety of Nightmare, is amazing as a support and increases damage just by existing in the party, making her more reliable despite not being able to land stuns that often against bosses.The reason Ayame is in front of Ren is also tied to that as she makes the hardest bosses in Nightmare much easier, or straight up doable for some party compositions, specifically sustain ones.I'm not dismissing your suggestions btw, I appreciate your comments.
